This translucent garnet colored wine has a medium body and a long finish. In the nose I get plum, current, earthy, vanilla, and chocolate. In the mouth I taste raspberry, cherry, tobacco, and oak. This pairs nicely with Manchego, and chicken enchiladas with a red chili sauce
